Mr. Brown was born at Exeter Hospital and is a native of Hampton Falls. His ancestors on his father’s and mother’s side both go back to the settling of the town of Hampton Falls.  He has obtained his master’s degree in business administration from the Whittemore School of Business and Economics in Durham, NH.  Mr. Brown has been in the real estate industry since 1993 and is skilled at evaluating investment opportunities, project feasibility and financial planning issues.  Aaron and his wife Maureen (formerly a teacher at Main Street School Exeter), and sons Jacob, Samuel and Henry reside in their home in Exeter, NH.

As the President of Atrio Properties GMAC Real Estate, Mr. Brown believes that the partnership between the client and his organization is critical to accomplishing the goals that both parties share.  Among the national award winners on the sales team at Atrio Properties GMAC Real Estate are Phyllis Toomey and Eric West.  The offices have also won awards for customer service and customer satisfaction (computed by third party surveys).
